We like to spotlight our tutors to show our appreciation to those with a talent for tutoring, a great work ethic, and a passion for their clients! Melissa has embodied all of these characteristics as she wows each and every one of her clients, so we'd like to take the time to recognize her. Here is a brief note from her:
"Hello, my name is Melissa. I tutor calculus for Collegiate Tutors and my background includes a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, a master’s degree in applied mathematics and over a decade as a college math professor. In addition to tutoring, I am pursuing outreach ventures to encourage and inspire people to follow their passions in life. I’ve always found math to be logical and fun and love teaching others to see that logic, and hopefully the enjoyment, as well."
Melissa can be requested under "preferences" when booking a tutor.
